

Ingredients.

- Honey Syrup
- Lemon Juice
- Aromatic Bitters
- 350 ml Yobo Soju
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Star Anise Pods
- 6 Cloves
- 1 Pear

Directions.
Spiced Pear Yobo Soju*
350ml Yobo Soju
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Star Anise Pods
6 Cloves
1 Pear
Toast the spices in a small pan until fragrant. Dice the pear, add the spices and Yobo Soju to a container and let infuse for 2-3 weeks. The longer the better, or the more profound flavors to result. Strain through a fine-mesh filter or coffee filters.
To Serve
2½ oz Spiced Pear Yobo Soju*
¾ oz Honey Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Wet the outside of a cocktail glass with a lemon wedge. Tap into a dish of cinnamon sugar to coat the glass. Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into the prepped cocktail glass. Push three cloves into a lemon peel and affix to the side of the glass. Enjoy!
